4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount

• Items not securely fastened or properly installed
• Consequential damages or loss of use of the premises
